If we ask for your troubleshooting logs, this is how to send them:
On Mac:
- Open the Highlight Hunter app
- Do whatever it is you did to trigger the problem in the first place. Hopefully the problem can be easily reproduced.
- Click the Help menu at the top of your screen and click Open Troubleshooting Logs. You should see a Finder window open with several files in it.
- Select all the files in the folder, right-click, and click Compress Items in the popup menu. This will create a single zip file containing all of the files.
- Send us an email and attach the zip file you created. We'll get back to you shortly!
- Open the Highlight Hunter app

- Click the Help menu at the top of your screen and click Troubleshooting Logs. You should see a Windows Explorer window open with several files selected.
- Right-click the selected files, and click Send To \ Compressed Folder in the popup menu. This will create a single zip file containing all of the files.
